Born and raised in Stryi, we have always been curious about the world and eager to explore it. We traveled far and wide, seeking new experiences and opportunities to grow, but we always came back to our hometown. We brought back with us new skills, knowledge, and insights, and we were determined to use them to make a difference in our community.
As a family, we are proud of Stryi and its people. We know that our city has its share of challenges and issues, but we also see its tremendous potential and promise. We believe that Stryi can be a vibrant, prosperous, and welcoming place, where everyone has the chance to thrive and succeed.
That’s why we have made a commitment to our hometown. We work tirelessly to improve its infrastructure, enhance its educational and cultural opportunities, and promote its economic growth. We support local businesses, social initiatives, and youth programs, and we encourage others to do the same.

As children, we are thrilled to receive gifts, but as we grow older, we learn that giving is far more rewarding than receiving. Giving demonstrates our generosity, strength, kindness, sincerity, openness, and belief in others.
The Karpinski family has always believed in helping others, providing money, advice, medicine, and food to those in need, despite any mistreatment. Despite the fact that the number of people requiring assistance continued to increase, we felt that temporary relief was insufficient in addressing the underlying issues.
Our focus shifted from addressing problems to supporting people, particularly the next generation. We believe that investing in young people provides them with the opportunity to become self-sufficient and to build a thriving community that will not require charity in the future.
Our organization is committed to empowering the youth of our community through the My First Scholarship program, which provides educational opportunities, mentorship, and support. We believe that by investing in young people and their potential, we can build a stronger and more resilient community, where individuals are empowered to achieve their full potential.
Our foundation was born out of a dream to see Ukraine where charity is no longer a necessity. We envision a future where every citizen is self-sufficient, independent, and able to support themselves and their families through honest work. It’s a bold vision, but we believe it’s achievable through our daily mission to develop Stryi and provide moral and financial support to talented youth, volunteers, NGOs, public and private institutions.
To achieve this, the Karpinski Family Foundation focuses on initiatives in several areas, including promoting education and patriotic values among young people, supporting young athletes and a healthy lifestyle, developing art and culture, providing targeted assistance to those in need and ATO participants, improving digital communication infrastructure, and creating a new Ukrainian model of socially responsible business.
Our aim for Stryi is to become a modern European city with quality education, healthcare, advanced professionals, and plenty of green spaces. We believe that such a city can combine technological achievements and economic success with cultural and ecological sustainability.
