We believe in a bright future for Plast

 The Karpinsky Charitable Foundation has been a staunch supporter of Plast since 2014, responding promptly whenever help was needed. Over the years, we have replaced windows, provided transportation, and supported older Plast members with funds. However, our biggest contributions have been towards the national scouting organization’s summer camps.

In 2019, Plast refused to receive state funding and turned to our Foundation when organizing another summer camp. It was heartening to see the enthusiasm of the scouts during the camp, and we were glad to have played a small role in making it happen.

This year, the scouts did not organize a Stryi camp, but decided to attend different camps. The Karpinski Foundation provided them with the necessary transportation, and the head of the Stryi branch of Plast, Oksana Kobryn, expressed her appreciation by saying, “It’s good that there are people you can always turn to for help.”

Oksana Sergiyivna, on behalf of Plast, thanks the entire organization for their continued support and hopes to reciprocate by doing something useful. We are certain that Plast is making an incredible impact on Ukrainian society, and we are grateful for the dozens of generations of conscious Ukrainians who have benefitted from their efforts. The Karpinsky Foundation will always stand with Plast and support their vision of building a better Ukraine.
