Support service for the blind
The Karpinski Foundation is committed to making a positive impact in the community and supporting those who need it most. Recently, we had the privilege of providing financial assistance to the Support Service for the Blind, an organization in Stryi dedicated to helping visually impaired individuals navigate everyday life.
The “Generation of Successful Action” program, run by the organization, teaches visually impaired people how to use social media and the Internet, as well as how to adapt to their surroundings. With the Support Service, visually impaired individuals are better equipped to navigate the city and access essential services like supermarkets and medical clinics.
For those of us who have never experienced visual impairment, it’s easy to take for granted the ability to get around and do everyday tasks. However, for visually impaired people, even the simplest things can be challenging. That’s why the Karpinski Foundation is proud to support the Support Service for the Blind and their mission to make life easier and more accessible for those in need.
We are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to such a worthy cause and look forward to continuing to support organizations and initiatives that make a positive impact on our community.
