Scholarship recipients on the way to success

Recently, scholarship recipients of the Karpinski Foundation took part in the educational series of trainings “My success is my choice”, which was conducted by Iryna Yatsiv, a psychologist and the head of the Leadership School for teenagers “Chance”. The training was devoted to various aspects of success and qualities necessary for its achievement, in particular, self-presentation skills, goal setting and effective public speaking.

During the training, fellows participated in lively discussions and practical exercises that allowed them to explore their strengths and weaknesses. They learned to identify their talents and abilities, set achievable goals, and develop strategies for success. In addition, students received guidance on how to improve their public speaking skills and increase their self-confidence.

One of the key findings of the training was the importance of continuous learning and practice to achieve success. Participants were encouraged to work on developing their talents and abilities and to constantly improve their skills to achieve their goals.

In general, the training “My success is my choice” became an invaluable experience for the fellows, helping them better understand what success is and how to achieve it.
