Scholarship recipients on the way to success

The scholarship holders of the Karpinski Foundation recently had the incredible opportunity to participate in a series of educational trainings called “My Success is My Choice.” This awesome program was led by none other than Iryna Yatsiv, a talented psychologist and the head of the Chance School of Leadership for Teens.

During these engaging trainings, our fellows delved into various aspects of success and discovered the essential qualities needed to achieve it. From mastering self-presentation skills to setting meaningful goals and even honing their public speaking prowess, they covered it all.

The trainings were far from boring lectures. Our fellows actively took part in lively discussions and practical exercises that allowed them to explore their personal strengths and weaknesses. Through this process, they learned how to identify their unique talents and abilities, enabling them to set achievable goals and develop effective strategies for success. But that’s not all – they also received invaluable guidance on how to enhance their public speaking skills and build unwavering self-confidence.

One of the major takeaways from the training was the realization that continuous learning and practice are key ingredients for success. Our participants were encouraged to embrace their talents and abilities, constantly strive for improvement, and never stop reaching for their dreams. The fellows left the training feeling supported, motivated, and armed with renewed determination and unwavering confidence to pursue their aspirations.
