Hiking on Pikuy

We are excited to share with you the unforgettable experience of our recent hike to Pikuy. The hike was a great adventure and challenge for our scholarship holders, as for many it was their first time hiking in the mountains. We are proud of each and every one of them for demonstrating their character, determination, and learning about their capabilities.

Before embarking on our journey, we received a thorough briefing, and a doctor accompanied us throughout the hike to ensure everyone’s safety. The initial ascent was difficult, but everyone persevered, and no one turned back. The breathtaking views from the top of Pikuyu made it all worthwhile, and we couldn’t help but feel overwhelmed by the beauty of nature. We captured the moment in several photos and took some time to soak in the experience.

After our descent, we were rewarded with a delicious field kitchen prepared especially for us. We regained our energy and enjoyed each other’s company by playing games like mafia, sharing stories and exchanging emotions. The group even sang some songs accompanied by a guitar.

Overall, it was an incredible day filled with laughter, joy, and unforgettable memories. We are grateful to everyone who joined us on this journey, and we look forward to creating more unforgettable experiences like this in the future.
